Arrival and Departure

Fenwick Inn is open all year round in lively Ocean City, Maryland! Check-In is at 4:00 pm and Check-Out is at 11:00 am. Guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in with valid state issued ID. Extended check-out time offered based on availability for a nominal fee.

Cancellation Policy

Regular Rate Plan - Cancellation Policy is 72 hours prior arrival date. Deposit of first night+tax or 50% which ever is greater is required in order to secure your reservation.
Non-Refundable Rate Plan - ADVANCED PAYMENT REQUIRED/NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to check-in, 100% of the payment will be retained. No cancellations or modifications allowed on this rate plan.
  NO REFUND FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS

Parking and Transportation

Fenwick Inn provides one complimentary parking pass per room. The Ocean City Bus Transportation bus stop is right outside the hotel front door and costs $4 per day with the ability to ride the bus all day into late evening.

Pet Policy

Fenwick Inn offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. Guests must book a pet-friendly room type on our website www.fenwickInn.com or by calling 800-641-0011.

  • Pet fee of $30/per night will apply. Pet fee will be waived for service animals if proper documentation is provided.
  • No breed or weight restrictions.
  • Maximum of 2 pets per room.
  • If your pet is deemed a nuisance or aggressive, the hotel reserves the right for eviction.
  • If an unregistered pet is discovered, a $250 room cleaning fee will apply.

In-Room Amenities

Each guest room comes equipped with a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker , flat-screen television with premium cable, alarm clock, telephone, and climate control. There is an iron and ironing board available in each guest room. Rollaway beds are available for an additional nominal fee, upon request. Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pool Hours

Our heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

No Smoking Policy

No smoking is permitted anywhere on hotel property including exterior hallways, except designated smoking areas. This is including, but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, medicial marijuana, hookah, electronic cigarettes, and vaping products. The burning/use of incense, candles, or any other heavy fragrance product is also prohibited. Violation of this policy is subject to an immediate charge of $250 and eviction without refund from the property.
