It is easy to get swept up in all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season with parties, family events, and shopping filling up most of the calendar. It is also a great time to find ways to give back to the community. If you are looking for a fun and unique fundraising event, then you will want to participate in the annual Penguin Swim on January 1, 2021. What better way is there to start off a new year and a new decade! The Penguin Swim supports Atlantic General Hospital and is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for the not-for-profit community hospital. In addition to the swim itself, there will be lots of carnival games, plenty of live entertainment, a costume contest, and even prizes for the oldest and youngest participating penguins. Non-swimmers are welcome to partake in the other entertainment throughout the day.
