Jon Strickler has over eight years of experience in hospitality management, all right here in Ocean City, Maryland. Jon is originally from the western shore but moved here to study Marketing at Salisbury University. While at SU, Jon met his future wife and has lived on the eastern shore ever since. Jon is committed to delivering exceptional service and experiences to guests while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for employees. He strives to provide the best possible service and constantly seeks ways to improve the guest experience. Outside work, he enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing, watching TV shows and movies, spending time with his newlywed wife, hanging out with friends and family, and doing anything that lets him spend time on the bay or in the ocean.
